Streamline Debt Counselling, is a firm with our sole registered Debt Counsellor, Petra Swanepoel who is registered at the National Credit Regulator (NCRDC1963) [www.ncr.org.za] and the Debt Counselling Association of South Africa [www.dcasa.co.za] with registration number: 0396. We agreed and signed the new Code of Conduct with the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and we are POPI ACT Compliant.

I offer PERSONAL assistance, WITH NO CALL CENTRES even after hours with appointment, with quick and easy applications. We know that you can’t always talk about your financial situation at work, and therefore we will arrange an appointment with you or answer any questions telephonically and/or in person after working hours.

All applications are handled with great integrity and confidentiality to ensure peace of mind for my clients.

We assist Consumers throughout South Africa and are not limited to certain areas.

During the yearly Debt Review Awards, Petra Swanepoel was also voted one of the best 10 (small practice) debt counsellors in South Africa in 2019 and in 2020 and 2021 she was voted one of the top 5.
