Debt review application and enquiry.
The Debt Counsellor will review and evaluate your income and expenses and debt payment and inform you what to expect.
The Debt counsellor will inform the credit providers that you applied for debt review and request all necessary information.
The credit providers are not allowed to contact you any more.
A new payment plan will be negotiated with lower interest rates and instalments to fit your personal circumstances and living expenses.
The payment plan is referred to court or the tribunal for a court order to be granted in line with the new payment plan.
The Debt Review negotiations will take about 60 business days.
